My love for music began at a young age. There was always music playing at home, and we listened to many different styles of music. I also knew from a very early age that I wanted to play the drums. I started drum lessons when I was six years old. My parents also regularly took me to concerts. My first concert was in 2015: AC/DC at the Gelredome. That’s when I knew for sure. I wanted to become the drummer for AC/DC! At the very least, that’s when the dream of playing live was born. Even as a baby, I would sing along to AC/DC in the back seat of the car.

As I grew older, my taste and interest in music broadened. My love for drumming and music became increasingly important to me, along with the motivation to keep improving.
